We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer who can design as well as implement infrastructures with an emphasis of moving to cloud.
This position focus is on projects that ensure the solution meets the demands of our client and aligns with strategy, standards and governance. Therefore a very good understanding on Iaas and Paas is essential.
Technical skills and experience:
- Azure IaaS/PaaS/DevOps design
- Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS – Management and deployment of Azure resources using infrastructure as code, ARM templates, DevOps pipeline.
- Cloud migration – planning and implementation of migration on-premise application/data/services to Microsoft Azure.
- Backup and disaster recovery management for Azure environment
- Work with application team to facilitate migration to SaaS platform.
- VMware vSphere/Virtualization
- Citrix Desktop/Application Virtualization suites
- Domain services – Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy Management
- SAN, NAS – DellEMC VNX/Unity
- Backup & DR – Veeam, CommVault, Zerto
- Monitoring technologies for on-premise and Azure infrastructure/services
- PowerShell Scripting Advantageous
