The General Manager helps make sure that every part of the business reflects those values.
They lead and support our team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Working closely with the leadership team, the General Manager keeps our operations aligned with our long-term goals while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
The role covers everything from people management and financial oversight to refining internal systems and supporting business development. It’s about creating an environment where our people can do their best work and our clients see real value in every engagement. At its heart, this role ensures that as we grow, we stay true to what matters most: quality, reliability, and genuine partnership.
Jim: Head of IT Service Delivery
As Head of IT Service Delivery, Jim leads the end-to-end delivery of our IT services across all client engagements. He ensures every project, managed service, and support agreement is delivered on time, to specification, and with the high standards our clients expect.
Jim oversees our technical delivery teams, aligning people, processes, and technology to provide reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions. From infrastructure and cloud management to network operations and user support, he makes sure our clients’ IT environments run smoothly and efficiently every day.
Working closely with our leadership and account management teams, Jim translates client requirements into clear delivery plans, drives continuous service improvement, and ensures that service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved.
With a strong background in IT operations, project delivery, and customer success, Jim brings both technical depth and commercial understanding to his role, helping clients get maximum value from their IT investment while maintaining operational excellence within our delivery organisation.
